If my return incurs a customs charge, will you cover the fee in order to receive the parcel?

As a UK-based brand, all orders received are currently shipped from the UK meaning you may be subject to additional import fees. We have recently updated our checkout to calculate this cost so you don't have to pay any duty or tax on delivery. For more information on customs, please see this article.

Unfortunately, if you wish to return your parcel to us you must cover the cost of the customs fees at the point of despatch, to confirm, we will not be able to cover the cost of this. All additional customs charges on return parcels are the responsibility of the customer.
