Will my customs/duties fee be refunded upon return?

As all orders are currently shipped from the UK, you may be subject to additional import fees.

As outlined in our Terms & Condition, all import duties, customs charges, taxes, and admin fees (if applicable) will be the responsibility of the customer should goods be ordered from our website for delivery outside the UK.

If you choose to return your order for a refund, the customs fees will not be refunded.
