How do I get a return QR code?

If you are a UK resident, once you have submitted your request on our return centre and your return request has been approved, we will send you a link to generate a pre-paid QR code with InPost Lockers, or a printable returns label with Royal Mail. 

Please note a deduction of £3.00 will be taken from your refund to cover the cost of your return. 

You are also welcome to return your order to us using a courier of your choice. Please note that we cannot accept liability for any missing or damaged parcels should you choose this option.
