Once you have returned your item(s) it should take no longer than three working days for your return to be approved and refunded. You should receive an email confirming both of these points, usually in quick succession.
If you believe your refund should have been processed already, please email help@adanola.com with your proof of postage showing the weight and destination postcode or a tracking number that shows the item as delivered back to our address. From either of these we will be able to issue a refund immediately.
If you don’t have either of these, we kindly ask for your patience and hope the parcel will arrive with us shortly.
