Please visit the Adanola Returns Center, complete the returns form and we will get back to you with further instructions of how to return your order.
We gladly accept returns within 30 days of the order being delivered to the customer (unless stated otherwise during promotional periods/festive holidays). To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must not be worn, washed or altered in any way. Returns will not be accepted if the original swing tag has been cut off.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Please allow 5-10 working days for returns to be processed once we have received them.
Easy UK Returns
Once your return request has been approved, we will send you a link to generate a pre-paid QR code or returns label. We now offer returns via 24/7 InPost Lockers, no printing required! Or you can print out at home or at specific Royal Mail Post Offices. A deduction of £3.00 will then be taken from your refund to cover the cost of this convenience.
US Customers, please follow the instructions below:
1. Using a mailing bag or box, pack up the items you wish to return, along with a note stating your order number and/or the return authorisation number you should have received via email. Please remember to keep a copy of the proof of postage clearly showing the destination address and weight on the off chance your return parcel is lost in transit.
2. Visit the local post office, or by using another courier, return the parcel to the following address:

3. Once your parcel is returned to us please allow up to 14 days for us to process your refund. Please note that all US returns are returned to our UK warehouse on a weekly basis so whilst your return tracking may be marked as delivered it will take a further 5 working days until we will start the processing. For further clarification of lead times please contact customer support.
You are also welcome to return your order to us using a courier of your choice. Please note that we cannot accept liability for any missing or damaged parcels should you choose this option.
