What is your returns policy?

We gladly accept returns within 30 days of the order being delivered (unless stated otherwise during promotional periods/festive holidays). We do not offer free returns labels; all returns cost must be covered by the customer.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must not be worn, washed or altered in any way. Returns will not be accepted if the original swing tag has been cut off.

We aim to process all returns within 14 days of receipt. Please allow up to 5 working days for refunds to show in your account.
