We gladly accept returns within 30 days of the order being delivered to the customer (unless stated otherwise during promotional periods/festive holidays). We do not offer free returns labels; all returns cost must be covered by the customer.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must not be worn, washed or altered in any way. Returns will not be accepted if the original swing tag has been cut off.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email confirming this. If approved your refund or exchange will then be processed. Please allow up to 5 working days for refunds to show once processed. We aim to process all returns within 2 working days of receipt.

UK CUSTOMERS - FREE EXCHANGES
If you are a UK resident, we’re happy to announce that the cost to exchange your item is now free! Once your return request has been approved, we will send you a link to generate a pre-paid returns label you can print out at home or at specific Royal Mail Post Offices.
If you are returning your item(s) for a refund, then you too are able to generate a pre-paid returns label that is free at the point of return. A deduction of £3.00 will then be taken from your refund to cover the cost of this convenience.
